We collect the information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, email address, and billing details. When you connect your eBay store, we receive order data — including buyer names, shipping addresses, and item details — needed to create shipping labels. We also collect usage data about how you interact with the app.
We use your information to import orders, rate-shop carriers, generate labels, upload tracking back to your store, process payments, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
To deliver the service we share data with providers who act on our behalf: shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and our rating partner EasyPost to buy labels, Stripe to process payments, and eBay to import orders and return tracking. These providers may only use the data to perform their services for us.
We retain order and shipment records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with carrier, tax, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
