These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flipfox ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
flipfox helps eBay sellers import orders, compare carrier rates, and print shipping labels. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any store you link to flipfox.
We offer a free trial period. After the trial, paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to ship prohibited or unlawful items. You must comply with the rules of the carriers and marketplaces you use through flipfox.
The service relies on third parties including eBay, EasyPost, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or actions.
Carrier rates, delivery estimates, and label availability are provided by carriers and may change. You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment details such as weight, dimensions, and addresses. We are not liable for carrier delays, adjustments, lost packages, or postage corrections billed by carriers.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, flipfox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
